WHAT WE’LL COVER: skill development, strategy, mental prep

IT all begins with dedication. The old saying still holds true— practice makes perfect. At efa, we give players the reps they need— led by some of the nation’s best coaches and athletes. Through small group drills, classroom video sessions and strategy work, each player has to opportunity to sharpen every part of their game. And we don’t stop at physical skills. Efa trains the mental side too— visualization, breath control, and pre-game focus. You’ll leave this weekend with the tools to compete smarter, faster, and stronger.

From offensive and defensive systems to practice structure, strength training, and team management— we give you the tools to build an elite team. You’ll learn from top-level coaches with championship experience and gain rare insight into rules, officiating, and game flow that elevates your strategy. The best way to learn is on the field. At efa, officials get hands-on experience during live gameplay— with expert clinicians guiding every step. From nfhs to nfl flag, you’ll learn the mechanics, positioning, and rules that matter most. The classroom sessions dive deeper, covering rule breakdowns, film study, and test prep to boost your confidence. You’ll leave efa with a clearer understanding of every rule code and what it takes to officiate at the highest level of flag football.
